Ryan is our steadfast leader at SCCF. He leads our organization and collaborates with partners across the Valley to ensure we're filling gaps for entrepreneurs in our ecosystem. Ashley is the Community Manager at SCCF and a JMU grad (go dukes!). Her role combines marketing outreach and program management to create a marketing and communications strategy, execute all digital communications, and support our program participants through their journey with our organization. If you have any questions about SCCF or our programs, contact Ashley.

As our Director of Operations Alex identifies regional and organizational needs through research, conversation, and data analysis. They also manage our current grants and look for new grant opportunities or funding sources for SCCF. On and off the clock, they love to travel and explore new small businesses and Main Streets across the state--preferably with local coffee in hand and Bear, a 12-year-old rescue dog, along for the ride! Chrissy is the Director of Capital for SCCF. She manages the microloan application process while also continuing to support the current loan client portfolio. Chrissy enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs, assisting them with the microloan application and compiling the documents required for the microloan package. Gabrielle's role as Finance Navigator addresses the barriers to capital that under-resourced and rural entrepreneurs face in the Shenandoah Valley. She is a dedicated support specialist and advocate for underserved communities to help them unlock and compete for various financing opportunities, serving as a resource connector and entrepreneurial ecosystem builder. When not wearing her ecosystem-building hat, her free time is filled with homesteading activities, expanding her fine arts portfolio, binging indie films with her husband, or listening to audiobooks while enjoying the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountain trails with her dog. Jack's role as a Lead for America Fellow with SCCF is to help build a more connected entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Shenandoah Valley. Lead for America leverages the power of national service to expand people’s economic opportunities, bridge their social network, and open them up to different perspectives. Jack works to make meaningful ecosystem connections, collect data on the gaps in our ecosystem, and conduct research for solutions to those gaps. ​
